About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California providing virtual therapy to adults seeking support for trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several decades as a marketing consultant and writer in Silicon Valley, and a manager of innovative non-profits. Introduced to mindfulness as it arrived in the US from Asia, I experienced firsthand its power to ease pain and suffering. My curiosity led me to spend extended periods in silent meditation retreats throughout the US and Asia, deepening my understanding of healing and personal growth.
Inspired by these experiences, I pursued a master's degree in Counseling, specializing in mindfulness and attachment. For the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to helping adults heal from trauma and navigate the anxiety and depression that often accompany it.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, move beyond perceived limitations, and build a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and fulfilling.
